We'd love to hear from you. Whether you're looking to order, have a general question or if you'd just like to know a little more about our work, please drop us an e-mail at hello@ynkpaperandpress.co.uk. We aim to get back to you within 24hrs. 

We'll discuss time frames, design ideas, items and numbers. We'll then put together a quote, if you're happy to go ahead, we ask for a 50% deposit before we start designing and the remainder once you've confirmed the design before we start to print, press or foil. 

TIME FRAME  

We allow 4-8 weeks from design to delivery. When you contact us and decide to book, we'll allocate you a design start date. We're a very small studio and do everything ourselves (just the two of us) from design to finished product.
We don't take on any more than two weddings a week as we like to focus entirely on the job in hand. Occasionally there is scope to accommodate a smaller time frame, so please always ask. It just depends on how busy we are. 

the DESIGN 

We'll do our best to get a good idea of your style and theme prior to starting your design. Some couples are very set on what they want, and others like to let us freestyle. 
Once we've put a design together for you, we'll send you a digital design as a pdf for you to sign off. We're more than happy to accommodate some changes and edits.

the PROOF

When we've finalised your design, we'll send you a master proof for you to sign off. This is when your final payment is due too. once we receive the final payment, we'll order your paper stock, pressing plates or foiling dies and set your printing date. 
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all the details that you provide are correct. Once the artwork has been approved, any subsequent changes will incur an extra cost. 
 

DELIVERY

Please allow 2 weeks after signing off your artwork for delivery. We order all materials to each job and lovingly print every item by hand ourselves, so it takes time. 

QUESTIONS 

When should I book?

It’s never too early to get in touch to plan your stationery time frame.
Most couples send their invitations out about 3-6 months before the big day. It's a good idea to contact us well in advance to book in your design spot. 

Can we have a fully bespoke design?

Yes you can. We charge a flat rate of £200 for a completely bespoke design suite. This covers all design ideas and edits until we get your stationery perfect. 
We also offer a wedding monogram design service for £60. This can be used through all your stationery.
Please note that printing is not included in either of these costs. 

Can you hot foil or letterpress any of your designs?

We offer hot foil on all our pieces and letterpress on most. We also offer digital printing on paper stock or vellum if you want to vary the textures. 

What paper do you use?

We generally use Colorplan papers to hot foil on. They come in a huge range of colours and paper weights and leave a gorgeous impression on the paper.
Letterpress is a little more temperamental. we off a choice of handmade cotton paper with a deckle edge, a luxury crisp cotton paper or a more textured coloured paper.

Our courier delivery is charged at £9.95 for up to 5kg
